BOOT CAMP
Bootcamp group training is based on a military style training - done in groups of 4 and up - and includes all muscle groups - unlike the traditional training that will include one or two muscle groups at a time here you do it all at once - in group workout with no 'nonsense' this method has proven to be most effective in the military and outside of the military for fitness training. Its intense and very effective....


SPINNING
One of the most effective ways to do cardio along with FUN and great music ... I am warning you - my spinning classes are addictive! And once you are 'hooked' you cant stop. One of the main problems with cardio is that you need to have the discipline to do it for a minimum of 30 mins... with spin class you are with great music and class full of people - just watch the video and decide for yourself. A MUST!
